and is presented by the Rhode Island Psychological Association (RIPA) as a
service to the community and its membership. Choosing a psychologist is an
important and multi-faceted decision. Therefore, this database is meant to
be only one tool in your search process.
All psychologists on this list were members of RIPA, in good standing, and were
licensed as psychologists by the State of Rhode Island as of June, 2006.
As members of RIPA, which is the state affiliate of the American Psychological
Association, psychologists agree to uphold the ethical standards of the APA.

The psychologists listed in this Online Referral Guide voluntarily subscribe
to this service and pay a yearly fee. Therefore, this list is not meant to
be a complete list of all psychologists practicing in Rhode Island.
